How do I know which supports are included in my NDIS plan?

Your NDIS plan outlines your goals and the funding you have under Core, Capacity Building, or Capital Supports. If you’re unsure what you’re funded for, we can help you understand your plan, interpret your budget, and make informed choices about the services you can access.

What happens if my needs change over time?

If your situation changes β€” such as new health requirements, increased support needs, or changes to your living arrangements β€” your services can be adjusted to match. We can help you communicate these changes to your Plan Manager, Support Coordinator, GP or the NDIS, and assist you through a plan review if needed.
